In 2020, during the peak of the Covid pandemic, we took a significant step forward in our journey as a health solutions provider in South Africa. Up until that point, our efforts had been confined to providing training and consultancy services. This was a collaboration that began among professional relationships back in 2016. The challenges brought about by the global health crisis prompted us to formalise our business operations.
Our decision was driven by the realisation that our collective pool of diverse organisational skill sets, expertise and experiences, enable us to deliver exceptional value to our clients. As a health solutions provider, our mission is to address the unique needs and demands of the healthcare landscape in South Africa. This commitment is underscored by our extensive background in the industry, coupled with a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities it presents.

Dumi Mkwanazi - MBA (Wits); LLB (Wits); Post Grad Dip in Bus Admin (Wits) & Grad Dip in Marketing (IMM).
Dumi is the Executive Lead Director and responsible for business development, client liaison and management, legal, contract negotiating, strategy development and all commercial related activities. Holds an MBA & completed his thesis on the Impact of HIV on nurses based on an Ethiopian cohort in Addis Ababa & a Legal Research report on Intellectual Property in the Biotechnology space. 20+ years experience in the healthcare space. Collective - 28+ years in commercial roles. He has previously held senior roles in multinational pharmaceutical companies - Bristol Myers Squibb, Aspen Pharmacare and Gilead Sciences, South Africa. Commercial and marketing roles extend to time spent at L'OREAL, South Africa.
Dr Lawrence Mbobo - MBChB; Post Grad AMP (UK); IAPAC (HIV) US.
Larry is a Senior Medical Practitioner, Mentor and Trainer with over 30 years experience. He has successfully managed 1,000s of HIV+ patients and is passionate yet articulate facilitator. He also manages Harmelia Wellness Institute, a centre of excellence involved in HIV research, Stem cell transitional research and biotechnology use in clinical practice.
Dr Sipho Mlambo MBChB; Post Grad Dip Occ Health (UKZN)
Sipho is a Senior Medical Practitioner with over 35 years medical experience. Ran a successful practice managing 1,000s of HIV+ patients under the PEPFAR program. Passionate about wellness programs and is a qualified Occupational Health Therapist.
Dr Chonde Chipulu - MBChB (Wits)
Chonde is a Director and also works full time as a medical officer. Chonde offers full GP services to patients and is part of the Somkhele training team. She is also passionate about the IVdrate with Chonde project - a premier aesthetic treatment & IV drip therapy mobile clinic dedicated to enhancing clients' beauty, wellness and vitality through science -backed treatments. Her customised IV drip therapies are designed to deliver holistic care that address both external appearance and internal health.
Linda Dlamini - BCom Laws (UJ)
Linda a lawyer by profession, is a certified yoga instructor focusing on the vinyasa style. She is also a wellness facilitator with over 5 years' experience in mental health support & holistic wellbeing. Her work blends yoga, meditation, breathwork, & sound therapy to make wellness simple & sustainable.
